The European Committee for Interoperable Systems (ECIS) is pleased to invite you to its upcoming annual event.  This year, our event is dedicated to a crucial topic: Cloud 24 Onwards – Lift-off or Flatline?

Europe stands at a crossroads, with various forces shaping its cloud industry and digital transformation, from fostering fair competition and digital sovereignty to driving innovation and enhancing service delivery.  In our upcoming session, we will take a deep dive into the future of cloud computing in Europe and examine how investments and regulatory initiatives might influence innovation.  Our discussion will revolve around two key themes:

  1. EU Initiatives such as the European Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services, European Cloud Rulebook, Data Act, DMA, DSA, and more;
  2. the necessity and strategies for addressing European Cloud Technology Challenges.
